Re: S102

Hi buddy,

Is this the first time you have started the box as it sounds like an activation issue which you have to call the number on screen.

Re: S102

No. I switched it off yesterday only to switch position. I’ve had it for over a year

Switch position to a different room???

Is the room connected in the external omni box via a Vm splitter???

Re: S102

Yea. I moved the Tv to a different side of the room. Just switched the box and tv off and moved it and switched therm back on. Nothing else was touched, not even the splitter for the router and tv box.
internet works fine.

That, 'Vmtech1', is the right question. Application terminated. 😉

Re: S102

Hello,

If you have moved the box location in the same room have you ensured all cables are present? May seem like a silly question but usually when boxes are installed there is not enough slack cable left to move the equipment the other side of the room.

Normally a box would not deactivate itself and if it did it would still come online but you would only be able to watch 3 or 4 channels.

Is the white coax cable screwed into the box still?
