S102

Hi,

New box come today, everything fitted as it should be and all connections tight, getting s102 error on set up, and getting stuck on 33% (can see this is a fairly common problem) any one here that can help so I can avoid tedius phone calls?

Hello

As this is a new box it needs to be activated.

Step one is to call us and activate your services. Make sure you have your account number and area reference to hand – they will be on the email we sent you – then call us on 0800 953 9500. Follow the step-by-step instructions to install your device.

Hi Mike, is that the same even if its a replacement of a faulty v6 box that was already installed? reading through and seeing a few posts ive seen people have just had signals sent to their box and thats sorted it without the hassle of calling call centers?
