So I know that the issue is that my box needs a signal to be sent to it but after spending many days on hold waiting to speak to someone at VM I have tried the forum as I have seen that in some cases the moderator has been able to help so 🤞 they can help me.
VM staff do monitor this forum, but tend to prioritise responses where other methods are failing. Yours can be resolved by calling in - this forum isn't intended as a "magic wand" to save people queuing for first-line faults.
