Please can someone at Virgin activate my new box as am getting at s102 error
i have tried calling but there is no automatic activation which seems such a straight forward thing to set up - instead was put on hold for an hour and still no answer so I gave up

I'm afraid you'll have to call back. Try earlier in the day, or perhaps mid-afternoon - wait times do vary.
