S102 error

Evening, just received my 2 new boxes, main box installed without any issues, but after multiple attempts, cannot get the 2nd box to work at all. Constantly getting unable to acquire channel information and spent nearly 2 hours trying to get through to virgin with no success!

how are you trying to get the second box to work Via ethernet connection or Wi_Fi?

A thought. For the second box to work it also needs a coax connection to the VM network or it won't initialise. Has it got one? It won't work as standalone box just for streaming from the first, or just with a network connection from the first.
