S102 error stuck on 33%

Website says to call - how ever been on hold over 4 hours on and off - no one replies on the message us board - can someone sort this out?

Is this a new box? If it is, it's doing that because the box hasn't been activated yet. You need to call 0800 953 9500 and follow the options to get Virgin to send the activation signal to the box.

  • Hiya no not a new customer - not watched tv for a while - switched it on and up popped that msg - luckily all seems to be okay this morning
