The fact that your broadband upgrade hasn’t happened suggests that the V6 was never activated (correctly). You should call in to get this done or wait here and a member of staff can likely do it for you.

I finely got through to someone and was told it’s because off upgrade in my area that they are instantly to cope with the new demands and going Fiber and should be all sorted on the 3 august was told both my tv and Internet was affected due to this upgrade
so I will wait and see till then and try on that day to set up new boxes
