S102 error on new V6 box

We had an upgrade to the ultimate oomph bundle last week but the new box that was installed shows a S102 error when trying to find the channels.

On another note we were supposed to be upgraded to 500Mb broadband as well and this hasn't happened either.

 

I'm guessing something has been as part of the install, been unable to get through on the phone.

Is the co-ax connection firm?

How have you made the router connection?

Have you made the activation call?

Thanks for the reply.

I didn't know I would need to make an activation call, the engineer who installed it didn't mention any thing.

The fact that your broadband upgrade hasn’t happened suggests that the V6 was never activated (correctly). You should call in to get this done or wait here and a member of staff can likely do it for you.

I have the same problem been calling the help team for the last two days

Hours  on the phone waiting for someone to answer gets to 50 minutes on the phone and then cuts me off and have to go and call again and wait all that time again

I finely got through to someone and was told it’s because off upgrade in my area that they are instantly to cope with the new demands and going Fiber and should be all sorted on the 3 august was told both my tv and Internet was affected due to this upgrade 

so I will wait and see till then and try on that day to set up new boxes 

I’m in area 14 if that’s any help to anyone
