S102 error code

Trying to set up my new additional box but keep getting S102 error code.

Can you help?

Hi Lhook82,

Sorry to see you are having issues. Please can you check that all the cables are snug and tight, especially the white ones. Also make sure it's connected to the internet.

You should use the V6 remote and go to 

  1. Press Home on your remote > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to Virgin Media Service now

If doing that fails to resolve the issue then from the help page:-

The S102 error means the V6 box is unable to acquire channel information.
