S102 Error

Hi all

I have the dreaded S102 error with a new V6 box. Text ‘GO’ to the message Virgin sent me and they informed that I’d been activated, anyone have any ideas?

ouch, hope its sorted by now have you tried a cold reboot, unplugging and leaving for 5 mins and plug back in ?   it worked for me once

Nah, it’s still broke. Just got an N15 error on it too, and a bit concerned that it says there’s an error with my TiVo box when it’s a new V6 box...

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

 

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the box since install.

 

I've tried to run a health check but the equipment is currently showing as unreachable.

 

Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, can you please reboot the box for me and let me know so I can take a closer look.

It's all sorted now - thank you for checking 🙂

The issue was with Virgin as they couldn't send the signal out to activate the channels, but once that was fixed the box is working perfectly now.
