S102 Error

Can't get the activation code, as Virgin Media is closed? guess I have to wait till tomorrow. 

have to reconnect the old TiVo back up.

So, as I mentioned in the returns label post I had an engineer out.

Turned out the coax converter I was using was the problem

He put in another converter and it all worked fine.

The converter I used was an old one I had lying around from years ago. Virgin never sent me one, nor the V6 remote. The engineer gave me one.
