S101error

So have the above error on second box . Tried all day to reboot and then spent an hour on the phone to Virgin whilst they tried to fix and got cut off 😥the channel upload is stuck in 16% and no amount of reset or reboot will unblock it. Any ideas many thanks .

How's the V6 connected to your internet router - wired or wireless?

Go to settings->Network->Network status and post the results here. Picture is best

Should look something like this for wireless.
