I'd just renewed my contract with your top of range Oomph package. I have two TV boxes, one is TIVO V6 the other is older TIVO model. I was redirected to someone to arrange replacing the older TIVO with a V6, which I'd happily do as a self-install, to be told there would be a £135 charge. Seriously! They wouldn't budge on that fee and told me its the standard charge even for new customers. I don't believe that for one second. Even you website quotes a £35 setup fee for new customers getting a V6. Stopping feeding lies to loyal, long term customers.
And please explain why customers on highest packages don't get the latest kit?
Thanks - I didn't proceed with ordering the replacement, not when quoted £135. I challenged the call centre guy several times on the price and he wouldn't budge. I'm not going through the pain of calling VM again.
