Ok so, we have to send back 6 tv boxes, when I first googled what boxes to send back, I found a page by virgin media with items they didn't want back, so I went to the recycling centre to recycle them, well 😭 an email says they want them all back.

Also the boxes they have asked for including the makes of the boxes do not tally up with the boxes we have or have had 🤦‍♀️

On the only page I can find now there isn't a picture of the boxes it said it didn't want only of the boxes they want, which again isn't what we have had 🤷‍♀️

Any advise 😁 pretty please

But if you've received an individual email that specifies something else, I would ignore the webpage and follow those specific instructions.
