Returning KIT - pack not arriving despite multiple asks

Help needed urgently

we disconnected in may due to a really bad experience with a house move, I have requested a returns kit, via what’s app and used the form at least 4 times now and never get the pack.

it’s now over 12 weeks, the kit is in a box, I can’t raise a complaint as we are disconnected (very convenient and reflective of latest experiences).  I now want to give notice that if not collected within 10 working days I am disposing of the kit responsibly following lack of response and action via Virgin media.  I should not be expected to retain old equipment for an undisclosed period, 

can anyone help me raise a complaint and advise how this can be resolved.
