Disconnected a few weeks ago and was awaiting packaging to return equipment.
Received an email today telling me it hadn't been returned yet and I face a £135 charge. Yet I haven't received the packaging.
Tracked the parcel via the email received today and it said it had been delivered through my post box 28/05/19 which is factually incorrect.
How can I ensure that I receive the packaging so that I can return the equipment and so that I won't incur charges?
