I have left virgin as of today but with everything going on i have not received my collections pack for my equipment. They have no updqtes on their site as to what happens now other than they charge you, if they dont receive it. I cant call as when the lines (long waiting times) are open im in work as I am a key worker.
Just keep hold of your equipment for now. Virgin have recently employed collection teams who will collect outstanding equipment from the property to save customers posting it back. Resources are limited at the moment with everything that is going on but they will be able to collect your equipment for you in the future
