I have multi-room package but my old Samsung box in the second room just isn't up to the job for streaming apps and locks and freezes and the HD is pretty full and everything is slow. Can I get a free upgrade to a V6 box as this is no longer fit for purpose. I don't want the 360 mini because I want to retain recording ability.

Attempt to negotiate your way to a V6 and you'll likely get a sales pitch for TV360.
Faulty TiVo's are now swapped to V6 as a matter of course, assuming you have VM home broadband.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
