Replacement v6 remote

Hi I ordered a new emote on the website, it said it should be 3-5 days delivery however, we have received no email confirming this and it not in the orders part of my virginmedia can we check if it has been ordered please, or do i need to place another order?

Thank you so much for your post and I am so sorry to hear that you have not had your remote! 

 

I have checked and I can see that a delivery appears to have been confirmed for earlier this week. 

 

Can I just check have you still not received the remote? If not I would be happy to order one out for you?
