Replacement v6 remote not working

Our old v6 remote started playing up with some buttons not working so I ordered a replacement. Very straightforward.

However, the replacement has issues. Symptoms include, buttons not responding unless you press them repeatedly, particularly the main circle of navigation and ok buttons. I've setup in both IR and paired format, changed the batteries and experimented with a universal remote replacement (which we use on another TV in the house). All points to a dodgy replacement remote. Can I get another remote control without having to pay?

Sorry to hear you have been having these issues with your TV remotes, it is certainly not something we want our customers to go through. With our remotes you should be bale to re-order a new on again if this is faulty with no charge, if you visit our website Here and let me know if you can order one, if not come back to me here and I can assist further.
