Replacement v6 problem

I have 2 v6 boxes. One broke and virgin sent me a new one. Set it up myself - all works - excellent! Half an hour later the original box stops working. Currently showing error M63. 
Have virgin disabled the box as they think it’s the one that’s been replaced? On the website it shows I have two boxes and having run a ‘check’ on both they are apparently fine. What did I need to do? Any help greatly appreciated!

Your prognosis is quite possible - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/m63 may be useful.

I'd suggest you call Virgin C/S to resolve this, it can't be sorted online.
