Replacement v6 box M63 error


I’ve received a replacement v6 box and it is showing an M63 error - I spent ages waiting on the phone to talk to Customer Service who suggested they did something that would take 4hrs to take effect

 

the box still has the same issue (on demand and catch up do not work)

Hi that code indicates that there is an account issue, not setup right so phoning is the only option as this is a public forum bill issues can't be solved on here. Regards Micky

Well when I rang to try and sort it the net result was nothing happened

i was told They would send a signal to fix it and it never did

it should of been a simple switch of a broken v6 box for a new v6 Box and it’s turned into hours of trying to get someone to sort it out and it is still broken
