Replacement V6 box

Hi I've received a replacement V6 box and we've waited more than an hour and it hasnt activated. We only have a couple of basic channels instead of our full package. I cant get through to anyone on the phone. Any ideas please?

Hi mrsm2011,

sorry to see you are having activation problems.  Did you call the actual activation number 0800 953 9500?

If you do need to call them again it's best to call early, around 8am as they will be less busy.

Please try rebooting the V6 as it may have activated in the meantime.

With a little bit of luck a Forum Staff member might pick this up for you, however it may take a day or two.
