Replacement V6 box not showing for TV GO or Remote Control App

I received a replacement V6 box yesterday and have it set up.

I'm trying to copy the settings from one box to another but it hasn't worked.

The remote control app states 'no tivo boxes on the network' but this is not the case (i can see in settings it is connected to the network)

The System info states:

Virgin Media Service Account: Staging 22

Status:

 

I've tried the 'connect to virgin media service' option under network but this makes no difference

Running the TV tests gives an error and just requests i turn the box on

Is the box in some sort of 'half configured state'?

On demand and catch up are also showing a V201 error

Hi there bainbrij. Thanks for posting and sorry you hear you're having issues since you received your new V6 box.

If the box was delivered,did you call through to the number received with the box to register?

The instructions state that the box will auto activate - I could see the new TiVo box registered on my account 

we have since had engineers out as there were additional problems with the box. They stated the box was probably not configured correctly for the account and replace it with a new box - everything seems to be working ok now
