I have tried following advice given to others and used the text help line (twice over the last 3 weeks) but not received a response. Hopefully someone from support can help.
Our V6 remote is no longer working (after being mangled by our over-excited puppy) and we’d like to order a replacement. Happy to pay if necessary as it’s the puppy’s fault.
We’ve been using the app but would prefer a proper remote.
