Hi,
I’ve just plugged in my replacement TiVo box and have the m63 error. I’ve activated the box and have been waiting for a technician for 45 mins. The tv is working but there isn’t any program information. please help.
TiVo or V6? You've posted in the V6 section but referred to a TiVo. If you're not sure, check here
As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/m63 this is an account-related error, and there have been a few reports on here of provisioning errors in the last day or so.
