There seems to have been a technical issue when placing your order for a replacement remote, so we'll need you to try again.

And again, and again, get the message?

Hi if the automated line is not working for you, then phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the TV faults route they will send you a new one in the post, alternatively buy a new one on Amazon or Ebay for £4 or £5 . Regards Micky

I do know how to phone, my point is why have an online service that doesn't work!
