Replacement Power Cable V6 box

Hi moved our virgin setup into another room and somehow in the swap I have managed to lose the power supply and cable for the V6 box. Is there anyway to get a new one from here or would it be easier to phone customer service in their opening hours ??

You can request one from here - the thing with calling in, means you'll likely get a quicker response.

Forum staff tend to respond in a couple of days on current form. A phonecall is just as long as it takes an agent to answer.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I spoke to a virgin customer support person via whatsapp yesterday and they said they were sending one out for me as a replacement. I would appreciate if you can double check this and if not send me one out asap please.
