Repeated blank screen

When watching TV or an app (Netflix/prime) every 3-5 minutes the TV screen goes blank. I need to turn the TV off and on again to get a picture back. The V6 box seems to be working in the meantime (I can pause the program etc). I’ve tried a new HDMI cable, and changing which HDMI port on the TV I use - no luck. I think the TV itself is fine though, it works perfectly with other devices (eg. Apple TV). Can anyone please help?

Have tried contacting Virgin by live chat and email, they aren’t getting back to me (they’ve also messed up my log in details so I can’t log into my account; not the first time - they repeatedly fail to recognise either that my email address is linked to my account, or that my password is correct).

Sorry for the delay in response here. Can I ask if you can go to Home>Help and Settings>Settings. Can you let me know what the video output it listed as?
