I contacted VM who said that there wasn’t a problem because I haven’t been charged yet for the movie and that they will raise the issue.
i don’t believe that they will do as they say.
the image below shows what i see when I go to view it.
I think someone has set the link to the movie to the same as the trailer resulting in this issue.

Sorry you were unable to watch the film, I've popped you over a private message so I can get a few more details from you, and take a closer look.
The issue got resolved, although it took multiple phone calls and speaking to various departments.
they refunded me the money for the movie and raised the issue with their senior tech support team although a better system has be created for this.
