Remote Request / TV Request

Dear Virgin Media Community

I need to request a new remote as my current one is no longer working I accidentally dropped it and now pressing numbers, the record buttons don't want to work. I've tried calling customer support it ends up getting cut off

And I've tried using TV Control app but it says no valid TV Account found despite the account I'm signed in having 2 V6 Boxes active and running and all restrictions lifted

ok have you allowed "network based remote control" on TiVo boxes also?

Yes but it still says "No valid TV Control access found"

Hi I've been trying to recreate this at home and I can't, i would try rebooting boxes and re-intstall  the app if you've not already tried that.
