My virgin remote works perfectly watching normal TV but when I sign into Netflix using the app on Virgin(which all works fine) the screen tells me this program not available at the moment please choose another same appears when doing this. The TV remote (Panasonic) works perfectly and we watch Netflix no problem. Tried the iPad control and iPhone neither worked at all. Have switched system on and off and solved the problem for a couple of hours before reverting to not working. Searched internet but couldn’t find an answer. V6 plugged into tv direct and router hard wired, also tried hdmi cables reversed and new, everything has been working perfectly for a year.
