Did you try reconnecting your V6 box to the network?
Help & Settings > Settings > network >
then either Connect to the Virgin Media service now,
or View Network Diagnostics >Test Connection
You can also check the internet speed of the box
To run the speed test with your remote.
Home > Help & Settings > Help > Our Other Products > Broadband > Take a Speed Test > Press Play (DO NOT PRESS OK)
