Recording space v6

I cannot record anything onto my new(5 days old) v6 box as it claims the disk usage is up to 100% but i have no recordings to watch and when i do a delete all contents thd usage still remains at 100%,

A quick answer would be ideal as my other half is seething at missing out on lots of programmes we used to record with no problems on sky

Other than a clear and reset, there is nothing left to fix so I'd imagine a new box is needed

I have tried a factory reset but it made no difference at all
