Recording issues

Theres a program recording on our box - every episode - but no series link has been set up for this. Only way to stop them is to cancel each recording. Its a kids program which is on about 10 times a day. Anyone know how i can stop the recordings all together. 

Its not in manage series links, also cant modify series link either as it says on an individual recording that no series link it set

You likely need to turn off Suggestions.

Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Recordings > Suggestions > No, don’t record Suggestions >
