My tv box keeps rebooting itself repeatedly. It ‘starts up’ and then reboots itself straight away and repeats this process repeatedly. Any way I can correct this? I have completed all the recommended instructions and nothing changes.
You've not said what those recommendations were that you've tried, but I'd suggest that a box that won't reboot or is stuck, has a fault.
I'd recommend calling (150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone) to report the problem. Or you can wait on here (may be a day or so) for staff to respond.
