Same issues here, been a few weeks now, tried reboots, sound still drops briefly a few times an hour, various channels affected.
Better to start your own thread describing your issues than add to someone elses 😉
With that in mind, what're the issues you're experiencing? And is it happening on live TV? OnDemand? Recorded programmes?
You've added to a thread where the user had a V6 box, do you also have a V6? You can check if you're not sure, here
This is extremely unlikely to have anything to do with utilisation issues.

I have a V6, I don't use on demand through it, just recorded and live. Same issue as OP so don't see point in opening an identical thread.
What are the issues you're having, can you explain?
Can you try using OnDemand, and see if it is also affected? It's a good diagnostic check to narrow down potential causes.
Can you identify any specific channels this is happening with, and whether they're HD or SD?
