V6 box startup issues

Rather than add "me too" to someone elses post, it's far better to start your own and save replies getting confused.

You can try powering your box off at the mains for perhaps 10minutes to break the cycle, but the quickest way to resolve a stuck V6 - in the majority of cases - is to call VM faults to report it.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the forum in regards to the V6 issues, we appreciate you raising this here and welcome to the community.

 

From looking at your account there does appear to be some issues with the level's, I've arranged for a technician appointment for tomorrow (Wednesday 14th April) between 12pm and 4pm to look into this further for you.
