Exact same thing happening with my V6 box. Moved house yesterday. Brand new quick start pack. Worked for a couple of hours now does this. Tried turning off and on leaving it for 10minutes. WiFi hub works fine so it’s definitely the V6 box. Can’t get hold of anybody coz of lockdown.

Sounds like you might have a failed software drop, but in any case you'll need to report this one to VM.

The best way to do this is calling TV Faults on 150 from your VM phone or 0345 4541111 otherwise. VM staff pick up posts here, but it's currently taking around a week.

I had to have a new box and everything was fine.

Very sorry for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I do apologise you've been having some issues with your V6 box, this is never good. 

I have tried to look into it from here but I've been unable to locate your account 

Can you advise if you're still having this issue now?
