I have an M58 error today.  One box.  Annoying.

And the VM website page is still missing.

M58 is usually an account related error, have you recently made any changes or been offered a conversion to TV360?

I am sorry to hear you are getting the M58 error. This means the TV box hasn't been connected to the Virgin Media network for over 30 days.
