My tv v6 box is not working.

The light is red wont turn on .... making a weird sound.

So annoyed can't get through on phone .  Call centres are closed ...on internet is nothing to help on there.

Basically seems that we need a NEW box ... asap ....  i will be wanting a refund from my bill!

Firstly it'll help if you start a new post of your own rather than tacking onto a (long-since solved) one that someone else started. I've moved yours to a new thread for you 😉

Are you saying that your box is making a "weird noise" - could this be the hard drive having a problem? Virgin's C/S is very much open (along with many agents being home-based), but has a few issues at the moment so you may need to be patient & persistent in not giving up waiting once you're in the call queue.

It's only fair to mention there is currently about a week's delay in VM staff responding on here. You can try the text message service (07533 051809) but that doesn't have an immediate response.
