I have the same problem. Phoned virgin who said they will send an engineer out . Still waiting and not even a phone call . Disappointed with the service yet again ! Paying for full package and don’t think I’ll be renewing!

If VM have booked an engineer for you, this should show in your myVirginMedia online account under "my appointments". Does it?

Just off the phone with VM . They have now booked an engineer which is showing in my appointments. 12.00 - 16.00…..
I thought something was wrong when nothing was showing up in appointments.
