I’m going through exactly the same right now too ! Been going on nearly 3 weeks 🥴 I’ve got through to them but still nothing is resolved
I hope they sort it soon it’s a nightmare getting in touch though

Could you elaborate on what you mean by this? What did the faults agent say/advise when you spoke to them and reported your error?
