When watching TV, I lose signal and sound then It comes back. Then after a few minutesit goes again, It happend 5 times last night.
Do you get any error code or message on-screen when the signal is (apparently) lost?
Yes the signal lost pops up on the tv.
Is there an error code when you get this message? Signal errors reported by the V6 tend to have an error code with them - which you'll find listed on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes
If there isn't an error code, it could well be an error produced by your TV. Which would suggest an issue with the HDMI cable, port or input.
