Rather than add replies to a (long-since solved) old post, I've moved yours to a new one 🙂
I'm not sure what other contact methods you've tried to report your fault, but this forum isn't a first-line reporting service. You are best to call 150 (or 0345 4541111 from a non-VM phone) and follow the "I have a fault" options.
