My V6 box hdmi port has come loose I tried to speak to customer service today but was told I could only have a tivo box as there was no V6 boxes in stock can anyone tell me if I can get one from a retailer?

Sorry, but what you've asked is just not how VM operate, replacement equipment is supplied by Virgin as part of your subscription.

I can only suggest calling back or waiting on here for VM staff to respond, which may take a day or so.
