We had a house move yesterday.
Enginneer installed new equipment but we are still stuck with the S102 error despite rebooting multiple times since 17:15 yesterday.
Do we need to phone in and get a signal sent down? I thought that the signals would work on a cyclic system but obviously this isn’t the case.
There may be some issue with the install, I'd have normally expected the installer to leave you with working equipment but all the same.
As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 - I'd suggest calling in to get your box checked over.
