For the 3rd time in 6 months we have a code s102 AGAIN. Why does this keep happening? I am listening to the music to get through to techno team been 40 mins to get this far. Advisor said she had sent a signal to our new box, no joy, here we go again. Any ideas folks.

I've moved your post to a new thread, rather than adding to an old one..

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 if a single reboot hasn't resolved it - would certainly suggest a fault somewhere that needs attending to.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your TV services. 

 

I have taken a quick peek into things and can see that we have arranged for an engineer to come and take a look over things. 

 

They should be able to assist you further with this but if you do need some further assistance after there visit then please do let us know.
