This keeps happening to us too. Both of our TV boxes keep going off and then restarting, in the middle of watching TV. Very annoying!

Rather than adding "me too" to an existing thread, I'd recommend starting a new one, to save replies getting confused 🙂
There's 2 ways you can report a faulty TiVo box, or indeed any TV box for that matter!
1: Wait on here for forum staff to pick the post up, this is currently taking 1-2 days.
2: Call into faults - 150 (From a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and choose the "I have a fault" options.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your TiVo boxes.
Are you able to let me know what software you are currently using?
Where would I find that out?
On a TiVo, follow Home > Help & Settings > System Info > System Info
Look on the third line down.

Yes, the software is: 220.127.116.11.RC5-VMB-11-C68
Is this a TiVo or a V6? Check here if you're not sure. They both run the same software.
Looks like they're V6 boxes
Are you able to provide us with an update @sgreybe, it appears the boxes are currently looking healthy and don't appear to show any faults
