Assuming you've checked this in multiple power outlets to eliminate a wall-socket fault, and another mains-powered device works in the same socket, you should do one of two things.
1: Wait on here for a VM staff member to respond, this may take a couple of days
2: Call into TV faults to report this. 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 otherwise.

Hey, first post here so be kind
I’ve had my T2 now for around a year. I think it died today but maybe you guys and gals can help me.
I left my box on whilst downloading a torrent and switched the TV off to save energy, came back around 2 hours later and my tv wasn’t getting any signal from the box. USPayserv
The blue LED was still on, so I just assumed it had crashed.
I turned the plug off and switched it back on, but no signal and no lights this time.
I tried doing a reset (holding down the button on the bottom of the box) and switching it off and on , but to no avail.
Anyone had this problem or knows of anything I could try to get it working?

Hey websternews, thanks for posting on our help forum.
We're sorry to see your TV box has no power on currently, could you please update us on this issue since you last posted here on Saturday?
Have you tried to reboot the box or plug it on to another socket to see if the issue still persists?
Also, have you called our faults team to report this and if so what was the advice we gave?
Let us know where you are with this and if the problem is still there, happy to best assist you if you need more help.
