Hi there

I've been having this problem for a while now and I have to keep turning the box off and on to finally get a picture. Could you sort out an engineer visit for me please?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your picture at the moment, if you can see the EPG then this would likely mean that its an issue with the box.

Can you view the menu system & EPG? Do you have a picture in the top-right corner?

I can see the EPG but there is no picture in the top right corner
